Stay Policies & Terms:

Timings: Standard Check-in is at 2:00 PM and Check-out is at 12:00 PM (Noon).

Early Check-in / Late Check-out:

• Early check-in (10:00 AM – 2:00 PM) and late check-out (up to 3:00 PM) are complimentary, subject to availability.
• Early arrivals before 10:00 AM or late departures between 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM are charged at 50% of one night's room rate.
• Departures after 6:00 PM incur a full night's charge.

Extra Bedding & Children Policy:

• Children aged 0–11 years stay complimentary when sharing existing bedding with parents (maximum 2 children).
• Extra mattresses are available for PKR 2,000/night, and extra adult beds for Executive rooms are available for PKR 5,000/night (inclusive of breakfast).

Booking & Advance Payment: A minimum advance payment of 50% of the total booking value is required at the time of reservation to confirm your booking, with the balance payable upon check-in.

Cancellation Policy:

• 72+ hours before check-in: Free cancellation with a full refund.
• 48 to 72 hours: 50% refund.
• 24 to 48 hours: 25% refund.
• Less than 24 hours / No-show: No refund (100% charges apply).

General Guidelines:

• Valid CNIC or Passport is mandatory for all guests at check-in.
• Strictly for families and married couples only.
• Lavish Resort is a fully Halal establishment; outside food/beverages in dining areas, alcohol, and narcotics are strictly prohibited.
